I am writing to express my concern at the level of disregard for the safety and wellbeing of pupils, displayed by a minority of parents when dropping off and collecting their child from school. This is now considered a safeguarding concern as children are at risk of harm.
There are some flu clinics that is being hosted in Barking and Dagenham by Vaccination UK.

The NHS are currently doing free MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) vaccinations for children in the local area.
Concerns have been raised by staff, parents and children regarding the increase in traffic, around both sites, at the start and end of the school day. This has now become a safeguarding concern as there have been numerous road traffic incidents resulting in children and parents being hurt.
We would like to gather your views and concerns regarding this so that we may present all stakeholder views on the safety of the roads outside our school to the Local Authority and its Councillors.
