Design and Technology

LO: To design a healthy snack with a given budget.

 

Task: You will be designing a healthy snack for one person (from the PowerPoint) with a budget of £10.

 

You need to:

 

1. Go through the PowerPoint attached.

 

2. Choose one person you will be making the healthy snack for.

 

3. Design a healthy snack for that one person with a budget of £10 (for the ingredients and any equipment you may need to make the snack e.g. a bowl, smoothie maker, etc). If it doesn't fit the budget, you will need to choose a different healthy snack that is within budget. 

 

4. Present your healthy snack idea with all the budgets broken down on a PowerPoint Presentation.

You need to:

1. Using books, maps and the internet, find out what evidence there is of religious traditions in our neighbourhood (e.g. statistics, religious building/services available in neighbourhood, etc).

 

2. Present your findings as a poster.
