Good afternoon Year 4!
We hope that you enjoyed your day of learning.
How did you feel writing about the lockdown? Did you write about any new hobbies or interests that you have started since being at home? It would be great to see your diary entries with the Seesaw app.
I hope you found some interesting facts about mountains with your research. How many mountains do you think there are in the world?
Don’t forget to keep practising your times tables regularly using TTRockstars. You should also be reading books and completing the comprehension questions on Bug Club. Keep up with the great work that you have been doing!
We hope you have a wonderful evening with your family.Miss Shum and Year 4 Team.
Good morning Year 4!
We hope that you had a lovely rest yesterday evening after all the hard work you did with your schoolwork.
Are you still keeping up with your daily keep fit sessions? It’s a great way start to the day feeling energised and ready for learning.
Today’s literacy lesson will focus on thinking about the lockdown and using the features of a diary entry that you looked at yesterday. You can try talking to a member of your family about the lockdown before you start to write your diary entry to help you.
For your Maths lesson remember to look at the measurements properly before you answer the question. Use the strategies that you have learnt in class to help you.
You will be using your comprehension and research skills for your Geography lesson today. Good luck!
