For the Grammar lesson today, you are going to be learning about the simple present tense.

You’ll learn about combining your learning of simple present tense with:

• Contractions ( I am becomes I’m),
• Negative verbs ( I am becomes I am not)
• Negative contractions (I am not becomes I’m not )
• Use of singular pronouns e.g. I am feeling hot.
• Use of plural pronouns e.g. We were enjoying playing with each other.
• Use the boxes on the worksheet to help you guide your answers.

Read through, 'Present Tense Information' first then answer the questions on pages 1 to 5 on the worksheet.

Once you have finished, check if you got your answers correct on pages 6 and 7!
