Are you in the race to be a Reading Champions winner? Which books did you read yesterday? What type of books were they? Were they Fiction (made up stories) or Non-fiction (Information books)? Have you written reviews about them? Which one would you'll recommend to your friends and teachers to read?
Always remember to discuss events or information in the book that you have read with your adult so you get a better understanding of what you've read before writing your review.
In as much as you love reading, we'll ask that you try to read and write at least 2 book reviews everyday and share with your class teacher on Seesaw. Your book reviews will be celebrated on the Reading Champions celebration page, where a winner will be chosen every Friday.
Our Golden Reading Champions would be the child or children who reads and writes the most books and reviews each week.Good luck!
We've attached a Book Review template for your reference. You do not have to print the template to use for your review, try and create your own using the prompts on the template; then, ask your adult to take a picture and share on Seesaw with your class teacher.
