A pleasant good afternoon Year 4! 😊
We hope that you all had a very productive day learning from home! How did you get on with your tasks for today? Did you have fun learning about syllables and clapping to them? How many syllables are in your name? Did you check your answers after completing your maths learning? How did you do? What does endangered animals? Which endangered animals did you research? What did you find out about your animal?
Hopefully, you were able to gain some new knowledge and have had fun doing so in the comfort of your homes. Please remember to send my photos of your completed work.
Enjoy the rest of your evening! Now have a break until tomorrow! 😊

Good morning Year 4! 😊
We hope that you are all very well and that you had great weekend considering the circumstances. Please make sure that you are following advice and you are staying in order to keep yourselves and families safe! We are! 😊
We would like to take this opportunity to thank for sending us copies of your completed poems and reflections of your first week learning from home. Later today, please check the "celebrating our great learning" section of this web page to see some great examples of your fantastic work from last week. We are looking forward to receiving even more examples of your brilliant work this week. Please remember to send a photograph of examples of your home learning to email@example.com.
Today, you will complete short tasks in the following subjects: PE, Reading Comprehension, Maths, Literacy, Grammar, Spelling and Science.
For PE, you will need to tune in to Joe Wicks on his Youtube channel to get your energy levels up and your hearts pumping...pumping! After your invigorating workout, you will be ready to begin today's written tasks.
In Literacy, you will explore a different type of poem. This week, you will be exploring haiku poems. We hope that you will enjoy clapping and singing syllables while learning about and writing your haiku poems.
Take some time out to relax today and remember to give yourselves a break between completing each task.
Take care of yourselves!
Ms Radcliffe and the Year 4 team 😊
