LO: To effectively use the skills of planning.
This week, we will begin writing non-chronological reports as a part of our non-fiction unit. Today, you will plan a non-chronological report about hammerhead sharks using the notes uploaded guide you. You need to sort the information given under appropriate subheadings based on topics and organise the information how you decide best appropriate. There should be three different topics as well as an introduction and conclusion. While your work will be in note form, ensure they included all the appropriate information. Think about appropriate linking sentences, fronted adverbials and relative clauses that can be used to include further detail.
For computing, you are going to complete the lesson from the Oak National Academy. Click on the following link to watch the video and complete the activity.
In this lesson you will learn how variables are updated, and the importance of naming them carefully.
