Monday 20th July

Good afternoon superstars! 😉

I hope you have had an amazing day and enjoyed today’s learning and activities.

How did you get on with your creative writing? What adventurous vocabulary did you include? Did you enjoy the word search in Reading?

Have you decided what project or activity you’ll be completing for showing your connection with nature? Have you managed to go out and gather some items for your project? I think things like stones, grass, leaves and sticks are very easy to find. I can’t wait to see your artworks for Virtual Art Week.

Please ensure you treat the environment with respect and be mindful of how much or where you pick things from. If you are not sure, you can always ask an adult.

Remember to continue your learning by logging on to: My Maths, TTRockStars and Bug Club.

Well done for completing another day of your home learning. Two more days left…

This is my last message for you so I would like to say a huge ‘Thank you’ to all children for showing resilience, dedication and working so hard during this pandemic. Thank you to all parents for supporting their children in their learning and education, we understand how difficult it may have been for some of you. Well done to you all. You have done a brilliant job! We are very proud of you all!!!

Have a lovely and restful evening.

Stay safe and look after yourselves.

Good morning superheroes! 😊

I hope you are all well and have had a good and relaxing weekend.

Welcome to the last week of Year 3! Only three more days of Home Learning left…I cannot believe how fast this academic year has gone!

A massive ‘Well Done ‘to all of you who have been working very hard this year. You are all amazing and all your teachers are extremely proud of you!

This week is ‘VIRTUAL ART WEEK’, we will be celebrating our connection with nature and you will take part in so many exciting projects. Check the ‘Virtual Art Week’ folder for more details and enjoy the amazing activities and projects. Please share the final product with your teachers. We would love to see how creative and imaginative you have all been. 😊

Today’s home learning looks like this:

P.E.-Joe Wicks Workout

WRITING: Creative Writing. You are going to describe pictures using your senses. Make sure you use your imagination and adventurous vocabulary.

MATHS: You’ll be practising your Times Tables. Good luck!

SPaG: You are going to practise year 3 and 4 spelling through some fun activities, including word search and ‘dial a word’.

Reading: You will need to complete 3 reading challenges and after this, you have some fun word search too.

ART-Choose your favourite activity or project and follow all the steps to complete this. You don’t need to complete your project today, it may take a bit longer. Today you can start gathering items for your artwork. When you finalise this, ensure you take a photo and share it with your teachers.

We hope these activities will encourage you to get creative and active!

HAVE FUN!!!

I will be back in the afternoon.

Have a wonderful day! 😊
