Gascoigne Primary is a thriving and diverse seven form entry community school, it is situated within the heart of a residential area, the Gascoigne estate, close to the centre of Barking. The community is unreservedly supportive of the school which makes us very proud to be part of it.
Gascoigne was judged by Ofsted as 'Good' in 2013 and confirmed again during their visit on 28th February 2017 'Your commitment to all pupils and their families is clear for all to see. The school’s work with the most vulnerable pupils is a strength. The team is driven to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. Therefore, we are looking to recruit teachers who are well qualified, resilient, enthusiastic and passionate about our values. Our philosophy places education at the centre of success for staff and pupils alike. We are committed to ongoing and proactive professional development for all staff.
