In nursery we enjoy moving our bodies and arms to music. We draw writing patterns in the air as we listen to music and then draw these on paper. By doing this we learnt to draw straight, zig-zag, wavy, spiral, circular and curvy lines.

Easter Egg Hunt & Easter Bonnet Parade 2016

The children in Green and Orange Nursery went on an Easter egg hunt. They used positional language to describe where they found the eggs and estimated how many they have found. children then checked their estimates by counting the eggs. Green Nursery Won on two Occasions. they found the most eggs.

Hooray!

The children waited eagerly to start the competition between both classes.

Ready Steady Go! everyone rushed around the playground looking for different eggs.

Once all the eggs were collected, both classes counted the eggs to find out who had found the most.

Green Nursery were ecstatic as they won!

The Parade was great as the children had designed their own hats at home and wore them to school. we sang songs as we paraded around the school.
